Practices
We have several different kinds of practices that our coach likes to torture us with. We have Speed workouts, Endurance workouts, and recovery workouts. He also has intensity charts so we can see how hard the workout will be everyday. Our coach is a pure running guru.
The Advanced runners run up to about 40 miles a week and the medium run between 30 and 35 miles a week. We do many hill workouts and speed workouts where we speed up at certain points. We also have endurance workouts where we all go a long time before stopping for the night.
